5 years. Frame, foam, fabric.
If anything fails on us in the first five years, we replace it. No fine-print games. No proof-of-purchase scavenger hunt.
What's covered
Every Khevora sofa is covered by our 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects, starting on the day your box is delivered.
- Frame. Cracks, splits, joint failures in the kiln-dried hardwood frame.
- Foam. Loss of more than 25% original firmness during normal use (we measure, you don't have to).
- Fabric. Seam separation, stitching failure, fabric tears not caused by sharp objects or pets.
- Connectors. The hidden bracket system that keeps your modules locked together — for life of the product, not just 5 years.
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse: cutting, burning, jumping, standing on the arms
- Stains and discoloration from spills, pets, or sunlight
- Normal wear and tear — minor flattening of cushion tops over years of nightly use
- Sofas purchased from third-party resellers (we can only warrant what we sold direct)
How to make a claim
Email support@khevora.com with:
- Your order number (or the email you bought it under)
- A photo or two of the issue
- A one-line description of what happened
We'll respond within one business day with next steps. Most warranty claims are resolved with a free replacement part shipped to your door — you'll never need to ship the original back.
Beyond year five
After 5 years, our team will still help you source replacement parts at cost — cushions, covers, brackets, the works. Khevora sofas are designed to outlast their warranty. The warranty just means we put our money where our mouth is for the first five.
