International seller, US returns warehouse

Khevora is an international seller based in France. To keep returns fast and simple for our US customers, we operate a dedicated returns warehouse in the United States.

US returns warehouse: 200 Gates Rd, Little Ferry, NJ 07643, United States. Please don't ship returns to our French address — they won't be processed. We'll always email you the right return label and instructions once your return is approved.

The 120-day trial, in plain English

You have 120 days from the day your sofa is delivered to decide if it stays. That's 4 months — long enough to live with it, host on it, and put it through real life.

If it isn't the most comfortable sofa you've owned, we'll arrange a free pickup and refund you in full. No restocking fees. No return-shipping charges. No questions about why.

What's eligible

  • Every Khevora sofa, loveseat, chair and pouf, purchased directly from khevora.com
  • Within 120 days of the delivery date
  • In normal lived-in condition — a few crumbs, a wine splash, a dog hair or three? Totally fine.

Sofas with structural damage caused by misuse (broken frame from standing on the armrest, deep cuts, fire/water damage) aren't eligible, but we'll always work with you to find a fix — reach out before assuming the worst.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@khevora.com with your order number and a one-line note about what didn't work.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with your prepaid return label and a pickup window.
  3. A FedEx or UPS driver will collect the sofa from your home — no need to box it up again, our team handles that.

Refund timeline

Once your sofa arrives back at our US warehouse (200 Gates Rd, Little Ferry, NJ 07643), we issue your refund within 3 business days. The refund returns to your original payment method and typically shows up on your statement within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.
