Are the colours on the site accurate?

Yes — every product photo on khevora.com is shot in studio with calibrated lighting. Screens vary, but our colours render true on every device we've tested. If yours arrives looking different from the screen, that's grounds for a free return.

Can I swap colours after ordering?

Up until the moment your sofa leaves our warehouse (usually 1–2 business days), yes. Email support@khevora.com with your order number and the new colour. After it ships, you'll need to start a return.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — 4 interest-free payments via Shop Pay at checkout, or 6 / 12 / 24-month financing via Affirm. Both are shown automatically at the cart screen.

How long does delivery take?

10–15 business days for the continental US. We ship from a US warehouse via FedEx or UPS ground — you'll get a tracking link the moment your box leaves us. Full details on the shipping page.

Will it fit through my doorway?

Yes — that's the whole point. Every Khevora box is sized to fit through standard US doorways, narrow hallways, tight stairwells, and apartment elevators. If you can get groceries up, you can get this up.

Do you ship outside the US?

How does a full-size sofa fit in a single box?

High-density Italian foam, vacuum-compressed at the factory. The frame disassembles into flat panels that slide into the box alongside the cushions. When you unpack and peel the vacuum seal, the foam expands back to its full size in under 2 minutes.

How long does setup take?

Under 10 minutes for most setups. No tools, no instruction manual to decode, no second person required. The hardest part is choosing where to put it.

Can I add or rearrange modules later?

Yes. Every Khevora sofa is modular by design. Add a chaise, drop in an extra seat, or split a 3-seater into a loveseat + chair anytime. Each new piece ships in its own compressed box and connects with our hidden bracket system in seconds.

Is the foam actually comfortable?

Yes. Khevora uses multi-layer high-density Italian foam engineered for everyday lounging — medium-firm support that holds its shape year after year, without the sink-and-sag of cheap online sofas. Try it for 120 days. If it isn't the most comfortable sofa you've owned, send it back, free.

How do I clean spills and stains?

Most spills wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth. Our performance fabrics are stain-resistant out of the box, and every cover is removable and machine-washable. Kid-proof, dog-proof, wine-night-proof.

What's the frame made of?

Kiln-dried hardwood — structurally tested to support up to 1,100 lbs distributed weight. The same construction you'd find on sofas costing 2–3× the price.

What if I don't love it?

You have 120 days to live with your Khevora, sit on it, host on it. If it isn't right, we'll arrange a free pickup and refund you in full — no restocking fees, no return-shipping charges, no questions about why. Full terms on the returns page.
