No minimum. No threshold. Tracked door to door, delivered in 10–15 business days.

When does it ship?

Most US orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive within 10–15 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your box is collected by FedEx or UPS. 

How does it ship?

One box. Standard ground delivery to your doorstep, no appointment scheduling, no two delivery guys standing in your hallway sighing about your stairs.

Every Khevora sofa is vacuum-compressed at the factory and packed into a single doorway-friendly box, sized to fit through:

  • Standard US doorways (30″ wide minimum)
  • Narrow hallways and tight staircases
  • Apartment elevators and freight lifts

Where do we ship?

All 50 US states + Washington D.C., free of charge. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders carry a flat surcharge calculated at checkout. We don't ship internationally yet — if you'd like us to, drop us a line and we'll add you to the list.

Tracking your box

You'll receive a tracking link the moment your sofa leaves the warehouse. Click it any time to see live status updates and the estimated delivery window. Sign in to your account for the full order history.

Damaged on arrival?

If your box arrives with visible damage, snap a photo of the box before opening it and email support@khevora.com with your order number. We replace damaged sofas free of charge — no return of the original required.
